Our after-school civic engagement programs are now offered in EIGHT locations in the Washington, DC metro area. These programs, which introduce immigrant youth to our civic institutions, elected officials, and community resources, will start in early March 2012 across the region.
Are you interested in volunteering and working with immigrant youth? We have MANY volunteer opportunities this upcoming spring for anyone interested in helping with job skills workshops, field trips, or career professional panels. Volunteers are needed on various days Monday through Thursday in the afternoon hours or on Fridays and Saturdays (for field trips). If you are interested, please visit our Contact Us page.
